About the role
We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter with solid experience in recruitment agencies or staffing environments to join our Talent Acquisition team.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience. We’re looking for someone autonomous, results-driven, and comfortable handling multiple searches simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes: sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, candidate presentation, and follow-up.
Understand technical requirements and business needs for each role.
Build and maintain a strong IT talent pipeline across different technologies and seniority levels.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process.
Handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with a strong focus on delivery and quality.
Collaborate with the Talent team to continuously improve recruiting strategies and processes.
Requirements
Must have
4+ years of experience in IT recruitment within agencies or staffing companies.
Proven experience recruiting across multiple IT domains (Engineering, QA, Data, Infrastructure, Product, etc.).
Experience working with international markets (US and/or LatAm).
Advanced conversational English.
Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
Experience conducting competency-based interviews and general technical assessments.
Strong ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective hiring processes.
