About the Role
We’re looking for 3 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team in Barcelona and become part of the foundational core of our sales team.
This is a high-impact opportunity for people who want to learn fast, work hard, and grow quickly inside a modern B2B AI startup. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, opening conversations with potential clients, and helping us build a strong, ambitious, and high-performing commercial engine.

What You’ll Do
Execute high-volume outbound prospecting, with a strong focus on cold calling potential B2B clients
Generate and qualify sales opportunities with real closing potential
Research target accounts and contacts to better understand their needs and tailor your outreach
Manage, update, and prioritize leads in the CRM
Work closely with the Account Executive team — currently in direct collaboration with the CEO and Founder — to hand over well-qualified opportunities
Contribute to improving sales scripts, outreach messages, and prospecting cadences
Track and report your activity and performance, including calls, emails, meetings booked, and conversion rates
Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and feedback conversations
Help build a strong team culture that is ambitious, collaborative, competitive, and healthy

Have the legal right to work in Spain
Nice to Have
These are not required, but they will be a strong plus:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, call centers, or telemarketing
Exposure to B2B sales or startup / scaleup environments
Genuine interest in SaaS, AI, HR Tech, or Talent Tech
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
Ability to communicate in English in international environments
