At PLANASA, Morocco represents a key strategic region for royalties in blueberry and raspberry production across EMEA.
We are creating a new position to strengthen field control, ensure compliance, and protect revenue generation. This role is critical to bridging the gap between estimated potential and actual invoiced royalties.
This is not an administrative role — it is a high-impact, field-oriented position focused on revenue protection and operational control.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute regular field visits to clients
Conduct physical verification of plantations and update land registry (cadastre)
Analyze discrepancies between actual and declared production
Coordinate with CRM team to update rolling forecasts
Monitor contract signature status and follow up proactively
Identify risks of underreporting or non-compliance
Prepare bi-weekly status reports
Collaborate with commercial teams (without operational dependency)
Support sensitive negotiations when required
👤 Profile
Education
Degree in Agronomy Engineering or similar
Additional training in compliance or contract management is a plus
Experience
Experience in the agricultural sector
Background in field auditing, production control, or similar roles
Experience in royalties management is highly valued

Strong analytical and structured mindset
High level of integrity and professional judgment
Ability to work autonomously in the field
