Project Health Manager – France

If you know the French healthcare system inside out, are fluent in French, and have experience launching and managing health programs or complex projects in high-demand environments — this role is for you.
We’re not looking for someone to coordinate emails and track tasks. We’re looking for someone who can turn strategy into real operations: someone who knows how to navigate French healthcare institutions, build relationships with the right partners, and ensure Ailin’s programs in France are executed with the level of excellence our patients deserve.
🩸 What is AILIN?
At AILIN, we are building the leading infrastructure for preventive screening in Europe. We combine self-sampling kits, a digital platform, and artificial intelligence to bring early diagnosis to anyone, anywhere.
France is our priority market for 2026. We will launch population screening programs for Type 1 Diabetes in collaboration with public institutions and pharmaceutical companies, with the ambition to scale to 8–10 European countries before 2029. We have received more than 20 awards and are in a phase of strong institutional expansion.
🤩 What we’re looking for…
We need a Program Manager for France with real knowledge of the French healthcare ecosystem: its institutions, timelines, protocols, and business culture. Someone who can operate autonomously from Madrid, travel regularly to France, and act as the bridge between Ailin’s strategy and on-the-ground execution.
Experience: 4–7 years in program or project management in healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, public health, or institutional environments in France. Experience with screening programs, clinical trials, or public health launches is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or similar.
Languages: Native or bilingual French (required). Advanced Spanish and English.
Skills: Stakeholder management in complex environments, results-oriented mindset, ability to build from scratch and operate in high-ambiguity contexts.

You understand how the French healthcare system works: its key players, decision-making processes, and real timelines.
You can turn a strategic objective into a concrete operational plan with timelines, owners, and metrics.
You build trusted relationships with very different stakeholders: from public health authorities to clinical laboratories or pharma clinical research teams.
You don’t wait to be told what to do at every step. You identify problems, propose solutions, and execute them.
You are comfortable traveling regularly between Madrid and France (approx. every 2–3 weeks).
⛏️ What you’ll be doing day to day…
Act as Ailin’s point of contact for institutional partners, laboratories, health authorities, and clients in France.
Launch and coordinate T1D screening programs in France, from initial operational agreements to full-scale execution.
Work with product, tech, compliance, and operations teams in Madrid to adapt Ailin’s solution to the French regulatory and operational context.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and risks for each program, with direct reporting to leadership.
Identify and activate expansion opportunities: new partners, public tenders, funding programs, and health innovation calls in France.
Contribute to building the expansion model for other European countries based on learnings from France.

Native or bilingual French (mandatory, no exceptions).
Proven knowledge of the French healthcare system and its key institutional stakeholders.
Experience managing complex programs or projects with multiple stakeholders in healthcare environments.
Ownership mindset: if something isn’t done, you get it done.
Availability to travel regularly to France from Madrid.
Advanced English (minimum C1).
