šŸ—£ļø Advanced English skills is required

The Project Manager is a delivery-focused coordinator responsible for keeping the day-to-day work of

the Data Architecture & Engineering team moving according to team and departmental priorities. This

role coordinates the team's delivery cadence and the intake pipeline: fielding incoming requests for

prioritization, keeping the backlog healthy, tracking progress, and clearing the path so architects and

engineers can stay focused on building.

Working closely with the team's technical leads, this person is the connective tissue between the people

requesting data work and the people delivering it. Success looks like transparent prioritization, realistic

and well-communicated timelines, few surprises, and engineers who spend their time on delivery rather

    than coordination overhead.

    Key ResponsibilitiesĀ

    Delivery Coordination & Team OperationsĀ

    • Coordinate the team's day-to-day delivery cadence — standups, timelines, and retrospectives. • Own and maintain Jira boards: backlog grooming, ticket hygiene, workflow, and accurate status. • Track task assignment and progress across the team, keeping clear visibility on priorities. • Identify blockers early and drive them to resolution so engineers and architects stay unblocked. • Identifying ā€˜urgent’ or time-sensitive requests and working with team leadership to manage. • Monitor workload and flag capacity conflicts before they affect delivery.Ā

    Intake & PrioritizationĀ

    • Own the intake process for incoming requests from business stakeholders, marketing, and partnerĀ  teams.Ā

    • Triage and clarify incoming work: capturing requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria before itĀ  enters the backlog.Ā

    • Facilitate prioritization with technical leads and stakeholders, maintaining a transparent, ranked workload.Ā

    • Coordinate and communicate realistic timelines and expectations back to requesters.

    Stakeholder Communication & ReportingĀ

    • Produce regular status updates, delivery summaries, and simple dashboards for leadership andĀ  stakeholders.Ā

    • Serve as the primary coordination point between the delivery team and requesting stakeholders. • Maintain decision logs, meeting notes, and lightweight project documentation.Ā

    Risk, Dependency & Delivery TrackingĀ

    • Track project-level risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate to the Director when they threatenĀ  delivery.Ā

    • Coordinate cross-team dependencies, including handoffs between data architecture andĀ  downstream engineering work.Ā

    • Help the team adopt consistent, repeatable delivery practices.Ā

    Vendor & Partner CoordinationĀ

    • Track vendor and partner deliverables and timelines relevant to active projects. • Flag slippage or escalations and keep the Director informed.Ā

    Process ImprovementĀ

    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's delivery and coordination practices. • Support Agile and Kanban ways of working in a practical, low-overhead way.Ā

    QualificationsĀ ExperienceĀ

    • 3–6 years in project management, delivery coordination, or a technical project support role. • Hands-on experience running delivery in Jira with (Kanban methodology).Ā

    • Track record of managing intake and prioritization with competing stakeholders. • Comfortable coordinating across both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders. • Familiarity with data platforms, data warehouses, pipelines, or analytics environments is a strongĀ  plus.Ā

    Skills & CompetenciesĀ

    • Clear, concise written and verbal communication.Ā

    • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.Ā

    • Stakeholder management and confident expectation-setting.Ā

    • Sound prioritization judgment under competing demands.Ā

    • Collaborative, low-ego, service-oriented working style.
