MISSION
To ensure product quality, operational continuity and inventory accuracy, by safely and eficiently perform Production and Warehouse operations, with full compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform production, warehouse and material handling activities according to production plans, work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Operate production equipment and material handling devices safely and eƯiciently, ensuring proper use and basic care of all machinery and tools.
Receive, store, transfer, prepare and issue raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and traceability.
Execute production processes, material movements and stock transactions accurately to support an uninterrupted operational flow.
Support loading and unloading activities, verifying quantities and reporting any discrepancies or damaged materials.
Ensure all activities comply with quality standards, production specifications and operational procedures.
Perform routine equipment checks, maintain workplace cleanliness and immediately report abnormalities, equipment failures or safety hazards.
Follow all Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), PPE and 5S requirements, contributing to a safe working environment.
Collaborate with Team Leaders and colleagues, demonstrating flexibility to perform diferent operational tasks according to business needs.
Participate in on-the-job training, continuous improvement initiatives and any additional duties assigned by the immediate superior.
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent qualification.
No minimum experience is required, though prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
COMPETENCES
Technical Proficiency: Ability to operate production machinery, equipment, and material handling devices safely and eƯiciently according to SOPs and work instructions.
Safety and Compliance: Strict adherence to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards, PPE requirements, 5S practices, and operational safety procedures.
Accuracy and Detail: Exceptional attention to detail in verifying material quantities, maintaining inventory accuracy, recording stock transactions, and executing loading/unloading tasks.
Problem Solving & Teamwork: Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and report equipment abnormalities or material discrepancies, with flexibility to collaborate eƯectively with Team Leaders and peers.
