About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Operations Intern to join our team on a part-time basis in Barcelona.
This is a hands-on internship for someone who wants to learn how a modern B2B AI startup works from the inside. You’ll support client-facing and operational tasks, help customers get value from the product, and gain exposure to the way recruiting teams work, think, and scale.
It’s a great opportunity for someone interested in the intersection of talent, customer experience, operations, and technology.
What You’ll Do
Support the team in the day-to-day management of B2B clients across email, calls, video meetings, and other communication channels.
Assist with onboarding new accounts, including initial setup, understanding client needs, and following up on activation.
Help document FAQs, best practices, and product workflows to improve internal knowledge and customer enablement.
Collect client feedback and share insights with the team to improve processes, product experience, and service quality.
Support the preparation of demos, training sessions, and user-facing materials.
Use digital and AI tools to optimize repetitive tasks, organize information, and improve operational efficiency.
Keep client and account information up to date in internal tools such as the CRM and other operational systems.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and internal workflows.
Gain exposure to recruiting operations and better understand the real challenges companies face when hiring.
What We’re Looking For
Strong interest in talent, recruiting, customer success, operations, or user-facing roles.
Ideally, some previous exposure to recruiting, whether through internships, academic projects, extracurricular experience, or early professional experience.
Clear and professional communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with people.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
A proactive mindset and genuine willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working on-site in Barcelona.
Available for a part-time internship compatible with studies or other projects.
Valid work authorization in Spain.
