ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are currently seeking an Operations Biomedical Specialist to join our vibrant and innovative Operations team. This role is designed for a biomedical-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys combining science, operations, and client-facing project execution. You will play a key role in the operational delivery of our health screening programs, ensuring clinical rigor, operational excellence, and an outstanding experience for both clients and users. If you have a background in biomedical sciences, feel comfortable managing complex healthcare operations, and enjoy being close to the field while coordinating multiple stakeholders, we would love to meet you. You will be responsible for making our screening programs actually happen — from design to real-world execution.
YOUR DAY BY DAY:
• Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end execution of screening programs and health initiatives, ensuring quality, compliance, and on-time delivery.
• Ensure that every operational detail is carefully planned and executed, maintaining medical quality standards and an excellent user experience.
• Act as the main operational point of contact for B2B, B2C and internal clients.
• Support Sales area in the follow up on client accounts to ensure continuity, repeat programs, and optimal treatment of end users.
• Take a data-driven approach to evaluate program performance and user experience, driving continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to add value to existing programs, including upselling or cross-selling complementary services, always aligned with Sales area, clinical rigor and client needs.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Technology, Data & AI, Product) to ensure seamless execution.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG TO BE SUCCESSFUL
The person who joins the company must meet the following requirements:
• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, Life Sciences or an engineering or healthrelated field.
• 1-3 years of experience (or strong interest) in healthcare operations, project management and Technology&AI.
• Spanish and English at a professional level (written and spoken). French is valued.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a structured, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, proactive and autonomous in driving work forward.
•Client-centric mindset, empathetic and patient and a genuine care for user experience.
•Willingness to travel across Europe occasionally .
