What you'll do
This Mid-Level DevOps Engineer role focuses on designing, automating, and improving cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines to support reliable, scalable, and secure digital products.
The position works closely with global, cross-functional teams to accelerate software delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, observability, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
Manage cloud infrastructure using IaC, containers, and orchestration tools.
Monitor and optimize production systems for performance and availability.
Maintain observability (logs, metrics, alerts) for proactive incident response.
Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to apply DevOps best practices.
Support security initiatives (hardening, secrets management, compliance).
Use AI-assisted tools to improve automation and delivery speed.
Participate in on-call rotations and incident response activities.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, IaC, containers, and cloud platforms.
Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, and observability tools.
Experience working in hybrid and distributed team environments.
Familiarity with structured delivery frameworks (e.g., think–build–scale).
Comfortable using AI-assisted engineering tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and an automation-first mindset.
Proficiency in English and Portuguese (B2 or above).
