🎯 Your Mission

As a Logistics Planning & Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in managing customer orders, coordinating logistics operations, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients and subsidiaries.


🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer and subsidiary orders end-to-end in ERP systems (entry, follow-up, updates)

  • Verify commercial conditions (pricing, discounts, payment terms)

  • Handle administrative management of contracts and signature processes

  • Act as the main interface with customers for administrative requests and commercial support

  • Coordinate with Operations, Shipping, and logistics providers (timelines, quantities, transport)

  • Prepare proforma invoices and issue final invoices to customers and subsidiaries

  • Manage advance payments, follow up on collections, and handle payment claims

  • Prepare and manage export documentation

  • Provide administrative support in handling customer claims (data review, coordination with sales team)

  • Deliver customer support in Spanish, French, and Arabic

  • Provide general administrative support to the commercial department


✅ Profile

🎓 Education

  • Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related field

💼 Experience

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles (Customer Service / ADV / Logistics)

🧠 Skills & Knowledge

  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel

  • Knowledge of ERP systems (JD Edwards – JDE is a plus)

  • Strong interest in logistics, export operations, and customer service

  • Good organizational and coordination skills

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

🌍 Languages

  • Arabic: Native

  • French: Fluent

  • English: Fluent

  • Spanish: Valuable / a plus
