From Brandty, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join an international industrial company based in Cartagena.
As part of the Supply Chain department, you will play a key role in managing international customer accounts, processing orders in SAP, and ensuring a high-quality service aligned with the company's standards. If you enjoy working in dynamic environments, are highly organized, and have a customer-oriented mindset, we want to meet you.
Manage and process customer orders using SAP.
Update and maintain customer account information and solve discrepancies.
Handle and escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
Investigate and resolve incidents, offering solutions and compensation when appropriate.
Ensure compliance with service quality standards.
Foster long-term relationships with international clients.
Keep a positive and efficient working environment, even under high workloads.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
High level of English (essential for daily client communication).
Proficiency in SAP and digital tools.
