At Staffy, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable platform solutions across enterprise environments.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and ITSM process owners to translate requirements into high-quality platform features. You will also play a key role in shaping and contributing to the long-term ServiceNow roadmap while working in a dynamic and high-impact environment.
Design and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
Build and maintain Flow Designer automations, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems using Integration Hub and MID Server.
Configure and extend CMDB, Service Catalog, and Service Portal to support evolving business needs.
Lead technical design discussions, perform code reviews, and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability across upgrades and patches.
Contribute to governance best practices, including update set management, instance strategy, and technical documentation.
Must Have
4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and REST APIs.
Experience with ITSM and at least one of the following: ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data modeling.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or higher.
Nice to Have
CIS certification in a relevant ServiceNow product line.
Experience with Now Intelligence, AI/ML capabilities, or Virtual Agent.
Familiarity with Agile or SAFe delivery environments.
Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework).
Knowledge of ITIL v4 processes.
