We're seeking a Product Designer to join and help craft elegant, scalable, and high-impact digital experiences across a growing member platform.
In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and business stakeholders to design thoughtful mobile and web experiences that support a complex and evolving product ecosystem. You will play a key role in shaping user journeys, improving usability, and driving design consistency through the evolution of the company’s design system.
We are looking for a designer with strong product thinking, exceptional visual and interaction design skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Design end-to-end user experiences across mobile and web platforms.
Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
Lead the evolution and continuous improvement of the design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and maintainability.
Apply system-level thinking to create reusable patterns and scalable design solutions across multiple product areas.
Translate user feedback, research findings, and business objectives into impactful design decisions.
Present and communicate design concepts, rationale, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support implementation reviews and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-quality execution.
Contribute to design documentation, processes, and best practices.
Advocate for usability, accessibility, consistency, and overall design excellence.
8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or similar roles.
Experience designing mobile-first and responsive web applications.
Proven experience working within highly collaborative, cross-functional product teams.
Experience designing complex digital products and user journeys.
Experience participating in product discovery, research, and validation activities.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and contribute to product direction.
Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency with Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
Deep expertise in Design Systems, including creating, evolving, governing, and scaling component libraries.
Strong understanding of UX design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.
Strong system-design mindset with the ability to think holistically about workflows, patterns, and product scalability.
Experience creating scalable user experiences across multiple products or functional areas.
Familiarity with design handoff processes and collaboration with engineering teams.
Strong understanding of accessibility, usability, and responsive design principles.
Strong product thinking with the ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to influence decisions across Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High adaptability in fast-changing environments.
Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to driving alignment and consensus.
English C1/C2 proficiency (written and spoken).
