The commercial position plays a key role in driving business growth by managing and expanding customer portfolios within the finance sector. This role is focused on achieving sales objectives through expert negotiation, exceptional communication, and a strong results-oriented approach, contributing directly to the company’s success in the Madrid market.
Responsabilidades
- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct negotiations with clients, presenting tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
- Achieve and exceed established sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide market feedback and insights to support continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all commercial activities.
Requisitos
- Expert-level communication skills (Obligatory).
- Advanced negotiation abilities (Obligatory).
- Strong orientation towards achieving results (Obligatory).
- Proven experience in customer portfolio management (Obligatory).
- Intermediate teamwork skills (Desirable).
- Intermediate knowledge of CRM systems (Desirable).
- Spanish language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in commercial roles, preferably within the finance industry.
- On-site availability in Madrid.
- Full-time contract commitment.
