The commercial position plays a key role in driving business growth by managing and expanding customer portfolios within the finance sector. This role is focused on achieving sales objectives through expert negotiation, exceptional communication, and a strong results-oriented approach, contributing directly to the company’s success in the Madrid market.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct negotiations with clients, presenting tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
  • Achieve and exceed established sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all commercial activities.

Requisitos

  • Expert-level communication skills (Obligatory).
  • Advanced negotiation abilities (Obligatory).
  • Strong orientation towards achieving results (Obligatory).
  • Proven experience in customer portfolio management (Obligatory).
  • Intermediate teamwork skills (Desirable).
  • Intermediate knowledge of CRM systems (Desirable).
  • Spanish language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in commercial roles, preferably within the finance industry.
  • On-site availability in Madrid.
  • Full-time contract commitment.
