    Who we are

We’re building a new way to deliver healthcare — one that is fast, accessible, and designed for real-world scale. By combining technology, data, and clinical rigor, we’re creating seamless health experiences that put people first.

We’re a growing, profitable company working alongside leading players in the healthcare and life sciences space, and partnering on large-scale initiatives that aim to transform how early detection and population health are approached.

We move quickly, take ownership, and hold a high bar for everything we do. There’s a strong sense of momentum, and plenty of room to shape what comes next.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Projects and program support

    •     Own workstreams inside cross-functional projects, from scoping and planning through implementation and follow-up.

    •     Break broad objectives down into concrete tasks, milestones, owners and deliverables.

    •     Coordinate day to day with internal teams and external partners, keeping people aligned and projects moving.

    •     Flag risks, dependencies and blockers early, and help resolve them.

    •     Keep project tracking, documentation and reporting up to date and genuinely useful.

    •     Handle several parallel priorities in a fast-moving environment.

    •     Contribute to projects in specialised or regulated areas (regulatory, compliance, quality), working alongside internal and external experts.

    •     Get up to speed quickly on unfamiliar topics: enough to structure the problem, ask the right questions and keep things moving.

    •     Work with subject-matter experts without needing to be the expert yourself, making sure timelines and next steps stay clear.

    Data and reporting

    •     Help build Ailin's data governance framework: mapping data sources, flows, definitions and ownership across teams and processes.

    •     Propose and apply practical rules that improve data quality, consistency and reliability.

    •     Build and maintain operational KPIs and the reporting around them.

    •     Use data to spot issues, understand root causes and support operational decisions.

    •     Turn business and operational needs into clear requirements for technical colleagues.

    Process and continuous improvement

    •     Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, manual work, quality issues and scalability constraints through both process analysis and data.

    •     Design and implement simpler, more robust ways of working.

    •     Prepare the documentation, checklists and controls that make a process repeatable.

    •     Measure the impact of changes once they are live to ensure continuous improvement.

    Stakeholders and partners

    •     Be a reliable day-to-day project contact for internal teams, pharmaceutical clients and healthcare partners.

    •     Prepare and run project meetings, and follow up rigorously on what was agreed.

    •     Translate what stakeholders and clients need into concrete operational plans.

    •     Communicate clearly and concisely, in writing and in meetings.

    Required Skills & Experience

    •     Around 2–4 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or another structured, project-based environment. The role is designed for someone at that stage of their career rather than for a team lead.

    •     Interest in healthcare or pharma. Direct exposure is a plus, not a requirement; familiarity with market access, patient pathways, healthcare stakeholders or reimbursement is welcome.

    •     Solid project coordination skills: you can hold a plan together, keep owners and deadlines visible, and move things forward without being chased.

    •     Comfortable with data. You can structure a problem with numbers, define KPIs and work in Excel or similar tools. This is not a technical data role, but you should enjoy sitting between operations and data.

    •     Some exposure to data governance, data quality or data ownership concepts is a plus.

    •     A process improvement mindset: you notice inefficiencies and can turn them into practical, workable fixes.

    •     Learning agility and curiosity. You are comfortable being new to a topic and getting to a useful level fast.

    •     Ownership: give you a problem and you take it forward without needing step-by-step instructions.

    •     Clear communicator, comfortable working with clients and senior colleagues.

    •     Pragmatic, hands-on and happy in a fast-paced startup where things are still being built.

    Why join Ailin Health?

    •     Meaningful work with real impact on healthcare.

    •     High ownership and autonomy from day one.

    •     Shape processes and ways of working as we grow.

    •     Work with leading pharma and healthcare partners.

    •     Broad exposure across operations, data and healthcare.

    •     Close collaboration with senior leadership.
