We're seeking for a Application Support Engineer to join a global leader in intralogistics solutions operating in more than 70 countries worldwide.
This role focuses on providing technical and functional support to clients across the Americas region, primarily in the United States, who have implemented Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions. The position combines application support, incident resolution, system customization, and solution validation, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure operational continuity and high-quality service delivery.
We are looking for a proactive professional with strong technical foundations, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, interacting directly with users, and contributing to the continuous improvement of business-critical applications within logistics and supply chain environments.
Provide technical and functional support to clients using the company's WMS platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve system bugs, incidents, and support requests.
Configure and develop customizations using the Mecalux Application Platform and development environments such as Microsoft Visual Studio.
Ensure the quality of implemented solutions.
Manage and maintain functional documentation.
Validate solutions together with clients.
Interact daily with customers and other stakeholders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of implemented solutions.
+3 years of professional experience.
+1 year of experience in programming-related roles.
Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and software development logic.
Ability to analyze requirements and structure technical solutions.
Experience working with C#.
Knowledge of SQL and LINQ is highly valued.
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or WMS-related projects is desirable.
Education
Technical or Bachelor degree or professional education in Programming, Software Development, Information Systems, or related fields.
Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
Ability to communicate fluently with strong pronunciation and a broad professional vocabulary in customer-facing environments.

Candidates must be available for one of the following shifts:
Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST
Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST
