We are looking for a Growth Manager to join a fast-growing AI-driven startup transforming the restaurant industry in the U.S. through innovative conversational technology solutions.
In this role, you will take ownership of multiple growth and acquisition channels, driving experimentation, optimization, and scalable growth initiatives across the business. You will work closely with leadership, product, marketing, partnerships, and customer success teams to identify opportunities, improve conversion funnels, and maximize business impact through data-driven decision-making.
This position is ideal for someone highly analytical, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments with strong ownership and autonomy.
Own and optimize active growth and acquisition channels across paid, organic, and partnership initiatives.
Analyze CAC, LTV, conversion funnels, and ROI metrics to drive growth decisions and prioritize investments.
Design, launch, test, and iterate growth experiments across multiple channels.
Manage and scale campaigns across channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, partnerships, outbound initiatives, and branding efforts.
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to support fast and data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams.
Negotiate partnerships and commercial opportunities with external vendors and partners.
Identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency, retention, and overall growth performance.
Track performance metrics and communicate insights, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
2–4+ years of experience managing growth, performance marketing, or acquisition channels.
Proven experience scaling marketing or growth initiatives with measurable business impact.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience working with CAC, LTV, conversion funnels, A/B testing, and ROI analysis.
Experience building dashboards and working with reporting and analytics tools.
Strong execution mindset with the ability to launch and manage initiatives end-to-end.
Experience managing multiple channels simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work autonomously with high ownership and accountability.
Experience working in startups or high-growth technology companies.
Exposure to AI-driven products, SaaS, or conversational technology platforms.
Experience working with outbound growth initiatives, partnerships, or GTM experimentation.
Familiarity with restaurant, hospitality, or SMB-focused products.
Central role in shaping growth strategy within a scaling AI startup.
Exposure to multiple marketing channels and international operations.
