We are looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer to join a fast-growing international technology company focused on building innovative cloud-based security and smart infrastructure solutions.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the evolution of the company’s infrastructure, automation, and DevOps strategy, leading initiatives around CI/CD, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and platform reliability in high-availability environments. You will also play a key role in driving AI-powered engineering workflows and agentic automation initiatives across the organization.
We are looking for someone with strong technical depth, ownership mindset, and experience collaborating with distributed teams in complex, fast-paced engineering environments.
Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
Develop and manage CI/CD workflows using Harness and modern automation tooling.
Build, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters using Infrastructure as Code practices.
Automate production deployments ensuring scalability, reliability, and high availability.
Implement infrastructure solutions using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools.
Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams, promoting DevOps best practices and continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in critical environments.
Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering workflows using tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude.
Design and operate agentic AI workflows to automate complex DevOps tasks using MCP integrations, LLM-powered agents, and orchestration frameworks.
Establish governance, security, and compliance standards for responsible AI tooling adoption.
Contribute to infrastructure architecture, observability, and deployment optimization initiatives.
5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
Strong experience designing and maintaining production-grade CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on expertise with Harness and Git.
Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar.
Solid Linux systems and cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong scripting skills using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tooling.
Experience working in distributed and scalable cloud environments.
Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude in real engineering workflows.
Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and frameworks such as MCP, LangChain, AutoGen, or similar.
Knowledge of AI-powered code review, testing, or security scanning tools.
Advanced English level.
Experience working with globally distributed teams.
Understanding of AI governance and secure AI integration practices.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously.
