At Staffy, we are looking for a Business Development Intern to support the growth of a digital mental health and wellness solution focused on helping individuals and organizations change their relationship with alcohol.
This is a hands-on role designed for someone organized, proactive, and motivated to learn how business development works in a fast-growing, mission-driven startup. You will support research, outreach, and lead qualification efforts, contributing directly to pipeline generation and market expansion.
The internship is full-time and paid, with strong potential for growth based on performance.
Conduct market and prospect research using online tools, email, phone, social media, and LinkedIn.
Identify, validate, and qualify individuals and organizations that may benefit from the digital solution.
Support outreach and early-stage business development initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of research and prospecting activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members using digital collaboration tools.
Learn and apply best practices in B2B business development and lead generation.

Criminal justice programs
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable performing research and outreach using digital tools.
High-speed internet connection.
Bilingual reading and writing skills.
