Responsabilidades
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, calls, and outreach.
- Initiate engaging conversations with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent and proactive follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to strategize on lead-generation campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using CRM tools and reporting systems.
- Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to refine go-to-market approaches.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs.
- Represent the company at events, webinars, and industry meetups as needed.
Requisitos
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the software development industry.
- Proficient in Spanish (B2 level required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, dynamic team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools is highly desirable.
