We're seeking for a Senior Front-End Accessibility Engineer to help create inclusive and accessible digital experiences across enterprise commerce and customer engagement platforms.
This role combines deep front-end engineering expertise with a strong focus on accessibility, ensuring customer-facing applications meet accessibility standards while delivering seamless and intuitive user experiences. The position is responsible for driving accessibility initiatives, conducting audits, implementing remediation strategies, and promoting inclusive design practices across digital products.

Lead the implementation of accessibility best practices across web applications and digital platforms.
Conduct comprehensive accessibility audits, identify compliance gaps, and provide actionable remediation recommendations.
Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2, ADA, Section 508, and other relevant accessibility standards and guidelines.
Develop accessible, responsive, and scalable front-end solutions using modern web technologies.
Partner with UX/UI designers to ensure accessibility is incorporated from the design phase through implementation.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate accessibility requirements into development workflows and coding standards.
Perform manual and automated accessibility testing using industry-standard tools.
Support accessibility validation throughout the software development lifecycle, including QA and production releases.
Advocate for inclusive design and accessibility awareness across cross-functional teams.
Participate in client meetings, present findings, and provide accessibility guidance to stakeholders.
Contribute to CI/CD processes by integrating accessibility testing and quality checks into deployment pipelines.
5+ years of experience in front-end engineering with significant focus on web accessibility.
Strong expertise in WCAG guidelines, accessibility principles, and inclusive design practices.
Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end development practices.
Hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools such as axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, Accessibility Insights, or similar.
Experience conducting manual accessibility testing, including keyboard navigation and screen reader validation.
Strong understanding of UX, usability, and user-centered design principles.
Experience collaborating directly with clients and business stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain accessibility concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience working in cloud-native environments and modern web application architectures.
Experience with API-first development approaches.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Experience supporting accessibility initiatives in enterprise-scale applications.
Relevant accessibility certifications such as CPACC, WAS, CPWA, IAAP certifications, or similar are a plus.
Senior or Lead-level professional capable of owning accessibility initiatives and influencing engineering best practices.
Strong client-facing presence and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed environment.
