We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our AI & Data team and lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence solutions.
This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who combines deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent agents, and Generative AI with strong software engineering fundamentals. You will be responsible for building production-grade AI systems that go beyond experimentation, delivering scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions that create real business impact.
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will work closely with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to design and implement AI-powered applications, taking ownership of the entire lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Design and implement LLM-powered solutions, including RAG architectures, AI copilots, and multi-agent systems.
Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy both open-source and proprietary foundation models.
Develop end-to-end AI-powered features in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Build scalable APIs and backend services that expose AI capabilities to web and mobile applications.
Own the complete lifecycle of AI solutions, from experimentation and validation to production deployment and monitoring.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices for AI services.
Implement observability, performance monitoring, logging, and error tracking for production AI systems.
Evaluate emerging AI frameworks, tools, and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
Participate in architecture discussions and establish best practices for AI engineering across teams.
Mentor other engineers and contribute to technical leadership within the organization.
Partner with stakeholders and clients to identify opportunities where AI can drive business value.
4+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or AI-driven software engineering roles.
Proven experience delivering AI-powered software products in production environments.
Experience working in cross-functional teams building scalable digital products.
Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, and open-source models).
Experience building solutions using agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
Expertise in prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector database technologies such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar platforms.
Experience evaluating and testing AI systems using tools such as Promptfoo, Giskard, or equivalent frameworks.
Advanced Python development skills.
Experience building APIs and backend services using FastAPI, Django, or similar frameworks.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern infrastructure practices.
Experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI systems in production environments.
Familiarity with MLOps practices and model deployment workflows is a plus.
Strong software engineering practices including testing, code reviews, version control, and modular architecture.
