We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a fast-paced, collaborative, product-led environment, contributing across multiple product initiatives and platforms.
This is not a traditional role focused on owning a single product end-to-end. Instead, you will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, stakeholders, and fellow designers to support different projects and product areas based on evolving business priorities.

Design user experiences, features, and workflows across multiple products and initiatives.
Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and interaction flows using Figma.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
Participate in discovery activities, user research, workflow analysis, and validation processes.
Analyze user needs, business objectives, and product metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Clearly communicate design rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Design solutions that improve usability, adoption, retention, operational efficiency, and overall user experience.
Maintain high standards of accessibility, visual consistency, interaction quality, and usability.
Support implementation reviews and collaborate with engineering teams during delivery.
Produce clear documentation and handoff materials to ensure successful execution.
Contribute to scalable design practices, systems, and reusable design patterns when needed.
8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or similar roles.
Experience designing SaaS products, B2B platforms, complex workflows, or operational tools.
Experience working across multiple products or initiatives simultaneously.
Proven experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
Experience participating in discovery, research, and product definition activities.
Experience using qualitative insights and quantitative metrics to guide design decisions.
3+ years of experience working with AI-enabled products or AI-assisted workflows.
Advanced proficiency with Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
Strong understanding of UX design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.
Experience designing dashboards, operational platforms, and data-driven products.
Familiarity with design systems and reusable component libraries.
Knowledge of user research methodologies and validation techniques.
Familiarity with product analytics and data-informed decision-making.
Strong product thinking with the ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and trade-offs clearly.
