We are looking for ambitious and motivated Junior Business Development Representatives to join a fast-growing AI-driven startup transforming the restaurant industry in the United States through innovative conversational technology solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a career in sales, business development, and technology. You will work directly with the company's leadership team, gaining hands-on experience in outbound sales, prospecting, lead qualification, and client engagement in a fast-paced startup environment.

Conduct outbound prospecting activities through cold calls, emails, and other outreach channels.
Follow up consistently with prospective clients and sales opportunities.
Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Schedule meetings for the commercial team.
Maintain accurate and organized information within the CRM.
Support pipeline development and lead generation initiatives.
Build relationships with prospective clients through proactive communication.
Collaborate closely with sales leadership to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
Recent graduate or currently finishing a Bachelor's degree related to Business.
Up to 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, Recruiting, or client-facing roles.
Native or fully bilingual English level (required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospects.
Highly organized with strong follow-up capabilities.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Results-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, recruiting, customer support, or similar roles.
Experience using CRM tools.
Interest in technology, startups, or AI-driven products.
Hybrid position based in Beccar, Buenos Aires.
2 in-office days per week.
Annual all-expenses-paid trip to the U.S.
