What you'll do
About the Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to drive end-to-end solution design while remaining hands-on with development.
In this role, you will lead technical discovery, define scalable architectures, and guide distributed teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, combining consulting, architecture, and engineering expertise to build intelligent and future-proof solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand business needs and define solutions.
Design scalable Salesforce architectures and solution blueprints.
Develop and maintain solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.
Define development standards, best practices, and design patterns.
Lead code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
Architect and implement event-driven integrations (Platform Events, Pub/Sub API).
Drive adoption of AI-powered solutions and automation within Salesforce.
Oversee CI/CD processes and release management.
Troubleshoot complex technical and deployment issues.
Mentor and guide distributed development teams.
Requirements
Must Have
6–10+ years of Salesforce experience.
2+ years in a Technical Lead or Architect role.
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.
Experience leading technical discovery and solution design.
Experience with event-driven architecture (Platform Events, Pub/Sub API).
Experience with Service Cloud and integrations.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
Nice to Have
Salesforce Architect certifications (Application or System Architect).
Experience with AI capabilities (Einstein, Agentforce).
Experience with AWS or cloud platforms.
Experience with data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
Experience with integration middleware and API management tools.
