About the Role
At Staffy, we are looking for a React Developer to join our team and contribute to building modern, scalable, and high-performing web applications.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive user interfaces and deliver seamless user experiences. You will be involved in the full development lifecycle, from understanding requirements to implementing and optimizing frontend solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.
Build reusable components and scalable frontend architectures.
Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality products.
Integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow between frontend and backend systems.
Optimize applications for maximum performance and responsiveness.
Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across different browsers and devices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
Must Have
3+ years of experience as a Frontend or React Developer.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Solid experience with React and modern frontend development practices.
Experience working with REST APIs and asynchronous data handling.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Nice to Have
Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.).
Familiarity with TypeScript.
Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
