About the Role
At Staffy, we are looking for a Veeva Vault Consultant to join a global team focused on enhancing enterprise content and compliance platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for configuring Vault components, developing targeted customizations, and enabling integrations that streamline content review, approval, and compliance processes across global markets. You will play a key role in delivering scalable, high-quality solutions within a collaborative and Agile environment.

Responsibilities
Configure and enhance Veeva Vault components, including objects, metadata, lifecycles, workflows, validations, and security.
Translate business requirements into scalable Vault configurations and technical solutions.
Develop custom functionality using Veeva Vault Java SDK when needed.
Build and support integrations using Vault APIs.
Manage configuration migrations and deployments across environments (sandbox to production).
Support testing, release activities, and post-deployment hypercare.
Collaborate with QA, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Contribute to continuous improvement and platform optimization initiatives.
Requirements
Must Have
Strong hands-on experience with Veeva Vault configuration (objects, workflows, lifecycles, permissions).
Experience developing custom logic using Veeva Vault Java SDK.
Working knowledge of Vault APIs, integrations, and data flows.
Experience with configuration migration and release management in Vault.
Familiarity with regulated Vault applications (e.g., PromoMats, MedComms, RIM).
Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with QMS or similar modules.
Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.
Experience supporting global implementations and distributed teams.
Familiarity with content lifecycle management and compliance workflows.
Experience with CI/CD or release management tools.
