About the role
At Staffy, we are looking for a .NET Developer to join a client-facing team working on a dynamic platform, where you will directly interact with end users and build solutions that solve real business needs.
This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys both technical challenges and direct communication with clients. You will be responsible for understanding requirements firsthand, quickly prototyping solutions using AI-assisted tools, and implementing them into production.
You will work in a fast-paced, highly autonomous environment with no middle layers—owning the full lifecycle from problem understanding to solution delivery.
Responsibilities
Handle support tickets and troubleshoot issues during business hours (bugs, billing issues, urgent requests).
Join client calls to understand feature requests and provide technical solutions.
Build quick prototypes using AI tools to validate ideas with stakeholders.
Develop and implement approved features into the existing platform.
Communicate directly with non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
Maintain and enhance backend services using .NET technologies.
Collaborate with the team to ensure stability and continuous improvement of the platform.
Support production issues and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
Must Have
2 years of experience with .NET / C# (ASP.NET MVC).
Experience working with SQL Server and Entity Framework.
Knowledge of frontend technologies such as jQuery and DevExpress.
Experience using Git/GitHub for version control.
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
Availability to work in EST time zone.
Comfortable working directly with clients and handling support tasks.
Nice to Have
Experience working with AWS (EC2 or similar).
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
Experience working in product-based or client-facing environments.
