About the Role
As a Senior AI Software Engineer, you will transform business ideas into production-ready applications using modern full-stack frameworks and AI-powered design and development tools. With a strong frontend bias, you will lead the critical early stages of development—from concept and pre-totype to prototype—where design systems meet AI-augmented engineering.
You are a visionary technologist operating at the intersection of engineering excellence and AI innovation. Your mission is to oversee the entire concept-to-production pipeline, ensuring teams leverage advanced AI tooling to deliver enterprise-grade applications faster than ever before.
While you maintain a strong hands-on technical foundation, your primary focus will be strategic leadership: defining standards, optimizing AI-driven workflows, and mentoring a high-performing team of engineers and AI builders.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic AI Integration
Lead the adoption of AI design and development tools (e.g. v0, bolt,, Lovable) to significantly reduce development cycles while maintaining enterprise-level quality.Architecture & Engineering Standards
Define, document, and enforce technical standards for scalable, performant, and accessible full-stack applications.Design–Development Synthesis
Drive the integration of Figma-based design systems with AI-driven development workflows, enabling seamless and automated handoffs.Operational Excellence
Manage a ticket-driven delivery process using Jira, optimizing team velocity, documentation quality, and delivery predictability.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a key bridge between Strategy, Creative, UX, and Technology teams to ensure AI-powered solutions align with complex business goals.Backend & Data Strategy
Oversee backend architecture and implementation using platforms such as Supabase, including SQL/NoSQL databases and secure authentication frameworks (OAuth, JWT).API & Services Development
Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services to support modern frontend experiences.Team Leadership & Mentorship
Mentor developers and AI builders, promoting best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement across the team.
Qualifications
6–10+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
Experience in startup, agency, or rapid prototyping environments is a strong plus.
Proven experience implementing AI-assisted design and development tools (e.g., v0, bolt, Lovable or similar) and workflow automation platforms such as n8n.
Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Nuxt), TypeScript, and CSS frameworks (Tailwind).
Strong backend experience with languages such as Python, PHP, and Node.js.
Solid understanding of API design (REST, GraphQL), server-side logic, and database management.
Experience with authentication and security best practices (OAuth, JWT).
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment workflows (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including design systems, component libraries, and design tokens.
A portfolio demonstrating leadership of complex, AI-augmented, full-stack applications.
High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
